Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Also, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, set up email filters, create autoresponders and shield your e-mail boxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
